Nikki Johnson-Alfano, Esq. (Formerly known as Nikki Johnson-Huston) is a well-known attorney in Philadelphia. Prior to starting her own firm, Nikki spent over six years as an Assistant City Solicitor in the Major Tax Unit representing the Department of Revenue in business tax litigation.
Extensive Experience
During her time at the law department, she handled hundreds of cases. She litigated numerous appeals, primarily in front of the Tax Review Board, the administrative board that hears tax liability appeals. Nikki is now putting this extensive experience to use advocating for individuals and businesses to resolve their Philadelphia city tax issues.
Education & Associations
Nikki is a 2004 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she earned a J.D./M.B.A./LL.M in Taxation at the same time in 4 years. Nikki was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf to the Pennsylvania judicial advisory commission in 2020. She is also a frequent volunteer at numerous charities and non-profits related to the issues of homelessness and poverty and is an in demand motivational speaker.
